High Current Injection Temperature Rise

The temperature rise automatic test device is applied to automatic completion of current transformers, circuit breakers, load switches, disconnectors, power cable temperature rise tests. The device automatically controls the electronic current injector to rise to the target test current required by the standard according to the rated current of the connected current transformer. During this process, the instrument continuously monitors the temperature of the sampler and the ambient temperature, and automatically determines whether the current transformer is thermally stable according to the measured temperature value and the temperature rise and stability conditions required by the standard. When the sample is current transformer, after the temperature rise reaches stability, the device measures the winding DC resistance value of the current transformer coil, and calculates the maximum temperature of the coil winding after the current transformer reaches thermal stability and the maximum temperature rise value during the test according to the winding resistance value at this time and DC resistance value of coil winding before rising current.
