Tan Delta Tester for HV Bushings 10kV
Tan Delta Tester HYGS is a high-precision testing instrument for testing dielectric loss tangent (tgδ)and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment in power plants, substations and other fields or laboratories. The instrument is an integrated structure with built-in dielectric loss test bridge, variable frequency voltage regulating power supply, step-up transformer and SF6 high stability standard capacitor. The test high voltage source is generated by the inverter inside the instrument, and is used for the test of the tested object after being boosted by the transformer. The frequency can be changed to 45.0Hz, 50.0Hz, 55.0Hz, 47.5Hz\52.5Hz, 45.0Hz\55.0Hz, 60.0Hz, 65.0Hz, 57.5Hz\62.5Hz, 55.0Hz\65.0Hz.

The digital notch technology is adopted to avoid the interference of power frequency electric field on the test. Measuring CVT without disassembling high voltage lead
The instrument can correctly measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of CVT without dismantling the high voltage lead of CVT.
Measurement of C0 by CVT Reverse Shielding Method
The instrument can measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of C0 at the upper end of CVT by reverse shielding method.
High-speed sampling signal
The inverter and sampling circuit in the instrument are all digitally controlled, and the output voltage is continuously adjustable.
Multiple protection is safe and reliable
The instrument has multiple protection measures such as input voltage fluctuation, high voltage current, output short circuit, power failure, overvoltage, overcurrent and temperature, which ensures the safety and reliability of the instrument. The instrument also has the function of setting grounding detection to ensure that ungrounded equipment is not allowed to operate and start the test. The 380V power supply is connected by mistake on site, which has alarm function and can protect the instrument from damage.
CVT test in one step
The instrument can also test the dielectric loss and capacitance of fully sealed CVT (Capacitive Voltage Transformer) C1 and C2, and realize the simultaneous test of C1 and C2. The instrument can also test CVT ratio and voltage angle difference.
