Functions and Features
1.Compared with LCR charge-discharge test systems, this device features greatly reduced size, weight and overall cost.
2.The device measures the primary loop impedance of the test sample, and automatically adjusts its output current to the target value based on the measured data.
3.If the required test output capacity exceeds the maximum rated capacity of the device, the I²t equivalent test method can be adopted to complete the test.
4.Real-time total I²t energy is monitored throughout the test, ensuring the applied test energy complies with national standards even when the impedance of the test piece changes dynamically.
5.Fully automatic test operation. The control circuit monitors multiple signals and detects misoperations to provide effective protection for the device.
6.Simple and fast test procedures. Numerical values and time curves of signals including the test sample's primary loop current, primary loop voltage and regulator output voltage are recorded and stored automatically.
Core Functions
1.Measure the primary loop impedance of the connected current transformer sample. Adjust the electric voltage regulator to the target value according to the measured impedance, so that the required target test current is generated at the output circuit of the current booster.
2.Record amplitude-time curves of multiple signals during the test: primary loop current of sample, primary loop voltage, regulator output voltage and regulator output current.
3.Automatically control and monitor the entire test process, and trigger protective measures against abnormal conditions and misoperations.
4.Automatically measure and control the cumulative I²t energy during testing to meet national standard requirements.
5.Generate standardized test reports in WORD format or export test curve files in JPG format.
